Who we are
The founders of CPR are recruitment professionals with nearly two decades of experience between them at recruiting, managing and growing successful recruitment businesses in the technical and construction markets.
What we do
CPR’s methodology is to work in partnership with our clients to resource candidates for critical positions, rather than a generic approach to all vacancies. Wherever possible we work closely with the management teams to understand the project and the businesses needs, we then work with the candidates to manage and control expectations and facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
Our consultants have worked with clients to recruit critical employees for a large variety of projects and contracts. This has included major infrastructure projects from early planning and design through to construction.
