Since 2007, we've been providing train services through the heart of England from London in the south, to Birmingham in the Midlands and Liverpool in the north west.
Over 50 million passenger journeys a year are made using our trains and we manage 147 stations and operate over 1,300 services a day. That's a lot of customers!
There are currently around 2,300 people working in our business, based in locations spread across the country. They work in a variety of areas including customer service, operations, finance, information technology, marketing, human resources, projects and fleet.
Together we've achieved a great deal since we began, including introducing a new fleet of trains and winning awards for our marketing and innovation.
