The company is owned by Andrew and Hugh Redmayne who are still heavily involved in the management of the business as Chairman and Finance Director respectively. They are now supported by a strong management team to achieve further organic growth, which will see the company continuing to increase its present turnover.

Operations and management are orchestrated from the company's new head office; the impressively renovated Old Theatre on the Dovenby Hall Estate. The renovation coincided with another significant investment in state of the art systems and information technology which will further facilitate growth.
