RAIL
Forming part of our engineering capability, UGL's rail business is Australia's largest and most experienced provider of rolling stock and infrastructure solutions to the passenger, freight and rail systems sectors - and a growing player in the Asian rail industry.
UGL's rail history dates back more than a century, and today the business has more than 2,800 staff supplying, maintaining and managing rail technology every day. In the 2011 financial year, UGL's rail business reported sales at over $630 million.
The business combines many years of local expertise in each of its markets with partnerships with market-leading international technology providers such as GE, Mitsubishi and Alstom to deliver the best possible outcome for its clients.
