Our rail infrastructure client are looking for a Administrator to support the Tendering and Engineering Manager (Engineering Services).
-undertake administrative and documentation tasks
-produce, manage and issue reports
-plan proposals and reviews, collate proposals documentation
-produce tools and process documentation as required
-undertake other administrative tasks that may be required from time to time
-Very good IT skills, particularly with writing and manipulating spreadsheets
-Previous experience with using planning software e.g. Primavera or MS Project would be an advantage
-good writing and presentation skills, technical leaning
-suit technical grade individual or recent graduate
6 months contract, negotiable rate.
