Apprentice Training Manager (Rail) - Midlands
Our client who are a Leading Train Operator in the UK have an exciting opportunity for the design & delivery of training programmes, & play a leading role in the delivery of a professional training & development service.
Role Description
Essentially you will be designing & implementing the apprenticeship training programme for our client.
Key roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
o You will assist with the provision of training for Apprentices & carry out competence assessments.
o You will support the development & delivery of training of apprentices to ensure a successful outcome to their apprenticeship.
o Ensure continuous development mentality installed with apprentices.
o Consult with external agencies with regards the development & execution of training techniques.
o Contribute to the design & delivery of the training based at our clients Customer Service Academy.
Salary & Package
£30,000 p/a
+ Rail Travel Benefits
+ Final Salary Pension
Required Experience/Qualifications
o Qualified as a Trainer
o Been trained as an apprentice (electrical or mechanical)
o Operation experience as a Technician in the rail industry
