I am currently seeking to hire a Bid Manager for a leading rail contractor. Due to the nature of the work it is important that you have experience in OLE, high voltage cables or construction/civils. This role is a good opportunity for a person with a specialist background in Bidding to use their experience to its full potential.
You will have overall responsibility for the bidding process up to and including the handover of a successful bid to the delivery team.
The company works on some of the largest projects in the country and around the world and you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of quality work into the company.
As a Bid Manager you will be responsible for:
• Leading major bids
• Taking responsibility of the Bid department budget
• Maintaining liaison with the Commercial director and relevant steak holders
