An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Commercial Manager to join a prestigious Civil Engineering organisation based in London working on one of countries largest and most ambitious rail projects ever.
In the role of Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include supervising cost estimating, analysis, and control activities along with supporting project organisational and administrative activities. Other primary duties include identifying cost trends for management attention and responsibility for cost engineering, cost estimating, and cost analysis/control activities.
You must have previous experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost engineering functions, including estimating, cost control, and quantity surveying within a Civil Engineering environment.
You will definitely be degree qualified / have membership of a relevant institute and have experience of complex Station Modernisation projects.
