Opportunities for experienced Commercial Managers to work on key initiatives for Invensys Rail Northern Europe (IRNE).

You will partner project managers on the day to day management of high-profile rail signalling projects in London and along the M4 Corridor.

You will have the creative, strategic mindset to think outside our existing commercial process and demonstrate your ability to influence and implement change and continuous improvement.

You will also have the commercial awareness to challenge where necessary and work proactively to identify and leverage commercial opportunities. You will partner with the project manager to establish effective customer relationships and manage stakeholders. Successfully manage project costs, risks and control variations and ensure valuations are consistent with agreed site progress.

Ideally a Chartered Surveyor with an engineering or rail signaling background, you will be experienced with commercial procedures including P&L, reporting, negotiation of contractual entitlements and documentation.

Target Cost or cost reimbursable contract experience is also highly desired.
