Construction Manager - North - £45,000 + Benefits

Salary - £45,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits

Location - North/North East

Role Description
A Construction Manager is required to oversee various civil engineering sites within the rail industry.

Typical rail projects include:-
o Station modifications
o Property maintenance
o Building demolition
o Platform extensions

The Construction Manager will be running multiple sites at any one time from conception to completion. This includes pricing, tendering, client liaison, planning and programming of works. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the site specific Site Management teams and ensure that the projects are run to Network Rail standards.

Required Experience
A civil engineering qualification is required, be it, HNC, HND or degree background. Experience of managing civils / rail worksites is required and client facing experience is essential.

Salary & Benefits
£42,000 - £47,000 + car or allowance, pension and healthcare.
