Grasp this excellent chance to join a world leader in engineering, construction and project management services; they seek a Contracts Manager who is highly experienced in Tunneling to work on a £multi-billion rail infrastructure scheme in London.
As Contracts Manager, you will manages site subcontract operations to ensure the effective administration of subcontracts and will be responsible for implementation of workflow procedures and automated subcontract management systems. Additional duties include responsibility for the training of personnel assigned to support subcontract administration and development and management of appropriate mechanisms to monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions
Your previous background will have seen you working in a tunneling/Civils environment and you will also be degree qualified in an engineering discipline. It is important you have proven experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling. Preference will be given to candidates who hold Chartered status of a relevant institute.
If you also have extensive knowledge of NEC3 within large scale, multi-discipline construction projects that interface with major civils works we would like to talk to you.
