You will lead and motivate a team of dedicated Controllers, CRTs and Information Assistants and Shunting staff in order to maintain excellent standards of performance for all aspects of train operation and to ensure that SDL rules and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Key responsabilities:
Supervise all aspects of the controllers activity ensuring that the job is performed to agreed Franchise/Customer Service levels and safety standards and when necessary assisting by covering controller duties.
Act as the senior member of the operational control room team at all times, taking operational decisions where necessary referring to more senior managers for advice.
