Our Client every year performs engineering works on major infrastructure improvements to the UK railways, one current improvement is the upgrade and installation of new electrification and power network on the Great Western Railway system.
In order to successfully perform this project they require an experienced electrification design engineer to perform high level feasibility design study, solution identification and design, this person must then be able to manage the design phase of the project right the way through to construction.
Reporting to the UK Principal for electrification you will manage a team of design personnel and sub-contractors in order to complete the project on time and to budget. There are many more detailed intricacies associated with the post so for a more detailed job spec please contact me directly.
This is a key role for the company and as such the salary is expected to be in excess of £50k per annum plus company benefits, the closing date for applications is Monday 6th July at 12 midday
