Head of Engineering required to work with a Major Civil Engineering Contractor on a £300M Rail Station redevelopment in London.

You will be working with one of Europe's largest civil engineering contractors (also a Global Contractor), and has a number of large infrastructure projects in and around London currently, involving tunneling, bulk earthworks, heavy civils and station redevelopments.

Job Description:

- Provide specialist engineering technical expertise and support to the project and engineers on the project

- You will responsible for all engineering aspects of heavy civils, tunneling, M&E and Quality Assurance.

- You will report directly to the Project Director

- There will be scope to progress within the business to a more strategic role i.e. Engineering Director



Requirements:

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

- Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE)

- Extensive and continuous experience working with main contractors on major infrastructure projects

- Experience working on Rail projects preferable (LU experience desirable)

- Dynamic and innovative personality and character with a real drive for engineering excellence.
