We are looking for an NDT technician with PCN/ASNT level 2 cert in MPI and Ultrasonic testing.
Set up & operate the MPI, U.T & E.C.T. process, testing a range of forged, cast & rolled components, following all in-house and external procedures
Able to interpret, record & report the results
Have good communication skills, verbal, written and electronic, enabling liaison with the Production/Quality departments,
Produce detailed written work instructions for all disciplines
Responsibility of ensuring machine & reference standards are kept up to date with calibration/certification and liaising with the Quality dept on their status
• Deliver the daily operation production plan to meet Customer requirements
• Attend training as and when required
• Work with a flexible engaged attitude to help deliver the Companies key targets and aspirations.
