I am looking for 2 permanent OLE Supervisors to join a major Rail contractor on a range of Overhead Line Engineering projects, associated with the West Coast Main Line Regions(WCML).
As a Junior Supervisor, you should be able to manage at least 1 team working Mewps etc, though experience of managing multiple teams, would be extremely beneficial.
You should have experience on renewals, heavy maintenance or rail projects, with a major contractor. This is a long project, so there is excellent security in the role, it is also an interesting and challenging project, with a major rail contractor.
