I am currently seeking an Operation & Maintenance Support Manager to work for a leading rail contractor. This is an opportunity to join a small team working on the Highspeed 1 Project.
This role would be rewarding to an Engineer who enjoys finding solutions to engineering issues while supporting the Engineering Manager. You will also be responsible for improving machine reliability and introducing best practice for the wider business.
As an Operations and Maintenance Support Manager you will be familiar with:
• A keen interest in practical M&E engineering, with several years’ experience of rail mounted plant such as MPVs, cranes, tampers and regulators or similar heavy plant or equipment
• Have served an apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic Engineering
• Able to drive and operate machines within the depot or willing to learn.
