To produce and analyse train services, rail schedules, bus timetables, operational plans and crew rosters, which maximise performance reliability, departures and journey times.
Knowledge of Serco Dockland’s contractual relationship with DLRL, including the content of the Franchise Agreement.
Good understanding of train planning, train service scheduling and staff rostering.
Good understanding of the PSA working parameters.
Knowledge of the performance regime, including the method of interpreting performance statistics from Alcatel’s SMC and other subsystems.
