We are looking for an Operations manager to lead and manage the planning and delivery of track renewal works, ensuring that work is delivered in compliance with all-contractual, SQE and legal requirements.
You will be the senior member of the Head of Track Renewals, where you will be required to formulate delivery strategies, plans and budgets.
You will ensure that the senior renewals managers and their teams plan, develop and implement works to meet tendered margins.
Qualifications:
-HNC in engineering discipline
-5 years experience in middle management posts
-Chartered Engineer
-Strongly focased on developing customer focused and responsive team.
-Possesses sound knowledge of strategic issues applicable to renewals contracts.
