DURATION: 3-6 month contract
START DATE: ASAP - preferably to commence by July 2012
PROJECT INFORMATION: My rail contractor client is seeking an experienced Project P6 Planner to join their tendering team. Ideally you will be available to interview on Monday 18th June or Wednesday 20th June. This position has arisen due to an opening in the tender team. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NEW POSITION. Based in Nottingham within commutable basis of Derby, Leicester, Stafford, Sheffield, Loughborough
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Experience of working on overground signalling projects previously
- Be an experienced Primavera user (minimum 5 years experience)
- Minimum 5 years rail planning experience
- You will be a proactive planner who has the ability to work to tight deadlines and with minimal supervision
- Experience of tender planning within the Rail sector - you will need to be able to develop a signalling tender programme in P6 (the programmes will be fully logic-linked and cost and resource loaded)
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you had;
- Experience of working on multidisciplinary rail projects
- Located within commutable distance of the Nottingham area
