Resourcing International has been awarded the exclusive right to recruit for Qatar Rail for the Doha Metro project .

We are seeking applications from Directors of either a Construction or Project Management Companies who have managed the delivery of heavy civil elements of capital international construction projects .

An opportunity exists for a Programme Director for the Doha Metro Gold Lines .

To be considered you must have the following background:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a Chartered or Professional Engineer of a professional body
12 + years of managing major and complex rail projects ;
Led the delivery of multi-billion dollar rail programs ;
Proven leadership skills and strategic thinker
Ability to multi-task, manage and influence others to deliver projects under complex scenarios
Excellent written and oral skills (English)
