Project Manager

Applications are sought from candidates who have strong PPM skills, gained within the rail sector, combined with the desire to move into a role at an international consultancy.

Working as a Pcubed consultant you’ll be based on client site and you’ll need to take a flexible approach to your work, changing your approach as required and remaining pragmatic. Aside from successful delivery you’ll be expected to be building strong relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level.

You will demonstrate relevant PPM experience either in-house or within a consulting environment within the rail sector. Any experience within signalling, planning or project control is of particular interest.

Candidates will have led complex projects and/or programmes with a view to successfully delivery, having managed teams and perhaps also worked in the PMO environment.

You should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you will be able to make a smooth transition into the challenges of a consulting role.

Pcubed strongly supports the further development of our consultants, offering the chance to work across sectors on increasingly complex projects; you’ll also be supported if you wish to gain further professional qualifications and/or skills based training. Consultants are expected to work from a London base, but be flexible with regards to extensive travel within the UK (or to Europe) as you will often be away from home Monday - Friday. Exciting opportunities exist for those employees who may wish to work abroad as part of their time with Pcubed.

Pcubed are a world leading specialise in providing project, programme and portfolio management solutions and consulting services internationally with over 350 consultants working from offices in Europe, North American and Asia Pacific.
