Project Manager - Civil Engineering - South East
Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Package

Role Description
This is a delivery based role running Civil Engineering projects across the Greater London region from conception through to hand over. All the projects have a Heavy civil engineering bias and as such you need to come from that background with a proven track record in delivery.
Typical projects include:-
- Highways - New build, Widening, Embankments
- New Build Road or Rail Bridges
- Flood Defences
- Coastal / Marine works
- Bulk Earthworks and Stabilisation projects
- Land remediation
Although this is a region based role you will be working for a Main contractor that operates worldwide with in a Varity of sectors. This role will be reporting in to a contracts manager and you will be responsible for your individual site. This will including Commercial, Programme planning, supply chain on site, Health and Safety all relevant site paperwork and full client liaison.
Required Experience
You must have experience of running a £10m Construction project as a number 1 on site. This will also need to be in the Civil Engineering sector on Heavy Civil Engineering not maintenance projects.
Also you will require a relevant qualification to support your experience either HNC / HND or Degree qualified.
Benefits Package
£50,000 - £55,000 + car/car allowance + Bonus + Pension + health care
