One of the worlds largest and most diverse civil engineering organisations has a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join them on London’s biggest ever rail upgrade project.
Your main purpose will be to supervise estimating, analysis, and all pre and post contract surveying activities. You will also identify cost trends for management attention and be adept at liaising with a range of subcontract organisations.
Your background will have seen you working client side ideally on major civils works, you will also be degree qualified with membership of a professional institution. It is also key that you have experience of working in either a Heavy Civils, tunneling or Complex Station Modernisation environments.
If you also have experience and demonstrated skill in quantity surveying functions, including estimating, cost control, and cost analysis with knowledge of engineering and construction management we would like to talk to you.
