Following the Government’s decision to go ahead with high speed rail, HS2 Ltd we require a Requests Manager, who will be part of the Specification and Assurance team.
As Requests Manager, you will collate and integrate the information requests from the HS2 team and will propose, progress and record responses to the requests and provide progress reports. You will support the SAG (Specification and Assurance Group) and Hybrid Bill team in compiling evidence of decision making and compliance with requirements and commitments. Your remit will also include supporting project review activity, capturing output and allocating responses to Program Specification Requirements, where necessary, confirming endorsements of derogation and change.
If you have demonstrable experience in the use and application of Requirements and Verification processes for major projects, along with an understanding of progress reporting and report drafting then we’d like to hear from you. Your ability to effectively communicate and liaise with clients, sponsors and stakeholders will be key. Civil design and construction experience and the application of CDM activity will be an advantage, as will any prior experience of working with rail stakeholders such as Network Rail and London Underground and their verification process such as ROGS and Interoperability Regulations.
