Rail Personnel are currently working in joint venture with Resourcing Solutions and have an exceptional opportunity for a UK-based Senior Contracts Engineer experienced in Rail Industry to join Hong Kong's premier rail transit organisation. As a diversified and dynamic company, the MTR corporation is involved in a wide range of business activities, including railway construction and operations, property development and management, additional commercial activities, investment projects and consultancy services worldwide.
As Contracts Engineer, you will assist in the management and administration of significant-scale contracts covering the civil works construction of Hong Kong new railway projects. You should have experience in general procurement and contracts administration; assessment, management and resolution of claims involving complex technical matters, as well as cost monitoring, control and risk management applications.
To be considered, you must be degree qualified in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and be a chartered engineer or quantity surveyor in the civil discipline with significant relevant experience. You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written English with proven ability to work proactively within a multi-disciplinary and multicontract environment
The successful Contracts Engineer will receive a world-class remuneration package including an exceptional salary along with benefits including relocation assistance. All interviews will be held in the UK and if required via video conference call with the end client.
Please note that the role is offered on a 2 year renewable contract.
