Senior Estimator - Scotland
The main duties of the job will include:
" Production of accurate cost estimates for both direct and indirect costs, using prices consistent with current market conditions.
" Preparation of subcontractor and material enquiries, analysis of returns for compliance and use in the estimate.
" Assess resource levels and production outputs to compute work costs
" Liaison with other members of the Work Winning Team to produce successful submissions.
The successful applicant will have had a minimum of 5 years estimating and site experience and a minimum qualification of an HNC in Civil Engineering (or related). Experience of computer aided estimating software is essential and planning skills would be advantageous.
