This leading supplier of signalling services in the global market place has recently won work in the South & West Australia region. As a result they are looking for experienced Testers to bolster their capacity.

The role:

Ensure installation inspection and testing plans, programs and packages are produced, reviewed and approved

Manage the implementation of installation inspection and testing plans, programs and packages to ensure new and altered signalling works are comprehensively inspected, tested and commissioned and appropriate records are produced to demonstrate process effectiveness

Conduct pre-commissioning meetings to brief staff on duties during commissioning and known safety hazards and for them to assess any site specific safety issues associated with completing their duties

Liaise with Test Engineers, Superintendent and contractors to verify work prior to commissioning

You require:

Accredited Signal Engineer, Field (IRSE Accredited) with extensive experience in the inspection, testing and commissioning of major signalling projects

Extensive experience and knowledge of signalling interface issues with the operational rail environment

Sound knowledge of signalling engineering techniques
