Operations Manager- Peterborough
An opportunity has arisen for a Track Renewals Operations Manager to lead and manage the planning and delivery of all track renewals work.
The Track Renewals Operations Manager will be a senior member of the Track Renewals team in formulating delivery strategies, plans and budgets and monitoring ongoing project performance. The Track Renewals Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all works are completed as specified in the contract, in line with HSEQ requirements, while continually reviewing working practices, utilisation of resources and technical innovations. The Operations Manager will review project plans to ensure effective delivery plans and develop and maintain effective client relationships.
In order to apply for the role of Track Renewals Operations Manager, you will have significant managerial experience in track renewals and associated operational and safety matters. You will be a Chartered Engineer, will have a track record in developing and managing effective client relationships and developing effective customer focussed teams.
