Low Country Lift for Bombardier

Bombardier Transportation and Arcadis Infra BV have signed a memorandum of understanding to help deliver signalling projects in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Both firms already work together on the Bev21 ERTMS Pilot and Amsterdam-Utrecht Resignalling Projects. Together, Arcadis and Bombardier can provide the design, manufacturing, installation, test & commissioning and support for new signalling systems.

Bombardier will draw upon the world-wide experience of its Rail Control Solutions division and provide its complete range of signalling products and solutions for mass transit, mainline and light rail applications. Apart from its own extensive signalling expertise, Arcadis brings to the relationship a local presence, knowledge of the Dutch market and familiarity with Dutch customer requirements.

The companies have established a joint business development and sales team working from the Arcadis office in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
