North Star enhances operational expertise

North Star, the world's leading air rail consultancy, has announced the appointment of Tara Deller-Hoy, who will add operational expertise to the consultancy's unique skill set.

Tara has extensive experience in the air rail industry and joins North Star following her role as service standards manager for Heathrow Express. During her career, Tara has provided expert operations input to the selection and functional specification of the first in-tunnel advertising system in Europe, ensured delivery of operational staff competence for a new Heathrow Connect stopping service and created the standards and guidelines to guarantee the opening of Terminal 5's integrated rail station with London Underground services.
