As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the below:
*Promote and identify opportunities for new sales
*Manage the day to day running of all internal and external requirements
*Develop key account relationships through regular contact and visits
*Plan budgets and targets in line with the sales and marketing plan
*Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports
*Knowledge of products so recommendations to customers can be made
*Manage any customer complaints or queries in a timely manner
As a Key Account Manager the below requirements are essential
*Customer Service Experience
*Sales Experience
*Experience of working within a busy sales team/environment
*Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
*Excellent communicator written and verbal, with both internal and external customers
