About the role/project:
Business Analyst to work on the development of a new NR-HR Planning Programme which contributes to long-term strategic standardising processes and systems for NR workforce planning, recruitment, development and performance management. They will be needed to analyse the current systems and focus on completion of GAP analysis and (As-is/to-be) analysis.

Essential
- Significant business analysis experience in a technology environment
- Thorough and up to date understanding of analysis approaches, tools and techniques commonly applied in the consulting field
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Strong analytical thinker
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well in a team..
- Business process and data modelling experience
Desirable
- Knowledge of the railway industry
- Risk-based testing experience
