Ford & Stanley - The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting three Customer Experience Analysts for a light rail operator in the North West of England. The vision of our client is that of growth and their customers and users of their network are of the upmost importance and will play a key part in a successful franchise.

The Opportunity

The new recruits will be integral in ensuring that the various departments are supported through the use of continuous improvement strategies and analysis. You will contribute to achieving the highest level of performance and ensuring that best practise is adhered to at all times. These roles will be to ensure that the overall customer experience is of the highest standard and that the operation runs seamlessly on a daily basis through the interpretation of data.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely performance statistics and analyse to determine trends, opportunities and issues.
  • Produce high quality reports.
  • Contribute to the annual reporting and business planning process.
  • Lead discussions on issues /failures across all departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Present findings and solutions to senior colleagues.
  • Consistently challenge difficult and contentious issues in a constructive manner.
  • Embed a culture of support and engagement that drives performance improvements throughout the organisation.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor degree level in STEM subject i.e. Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering. You must also have previous experience using pivot tables/macros to interpret and explain complex analysis in simple terms. It is important that you are driven, organised and passionate about achieving results.

Essentials

  • Proficient in excel and the ability to present data in all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex analysis.
  • Bachelor degree level in Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Excellent motivational and communication skills.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of systems such as Tableau or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of the rail industry
