My client is responsible for the biggest construction project in Europe, helping to improve London's commuter infrastructure.

Due to an increase in project workload they require a Reporting Analyst to hit the ground running and become a vital part of the team for an initial contract duration of 5 months.

The day rate on offer is negotiable and based upon experience.

SSP – Stations, Shafts and Portals

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following;

• Accurate reporting and analysis of progress across the Stations, Shafts and Portals (SSP) directorate, with the purpose to support the Stations Delivery Manager and Director in the collation, analysis and communication of metrics relating to the progress and issues with SSP projects.
• Development of weekly and period management reports to provide a view of progress, current status and forecast for key indicators relating to SSPs.
• Establish the data that needs to be reported by individual project teams and Contractors to support the provision of management information.
• Expedite the provision of data by reporting teams.
• Undertake analysis to identify trends in the data and produce reports and presentations.
• Support reviews of SSP issues.

The Challenge

As a reporting Analyst you will help to support the Delivery Manager through the following activities;

• Work quickly establish the required metrics to provide management with relevant information on SSP progress.
• As a priority put in place reporting arrangements to obtain the data to support these metrics.
• Provide and support company and project initiatives and processes to achieve the required standards of SSP reporting across the entire SSP Programme.
• Develop and deliver presentational material to effectively communicate SSP status and performance.

Who we are looking for

The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or possess the required training and experience to confidently carry out the above tasks.

You will be proven in your ability to provide management information and will have done so on a major programme, with an added advantage of carrying out this function for the delivery of projects for facilities within a rail environment.

Be confident in your ability to provide and deliver the required reporting information to stakeholders throughout the business.
