T&C Reporting Analyst - Rail - £350-400 per day inside of IR35 - Central London
Job
Completion of my Client's project requires the integration of a number of complex systems through the testing and commissioning phase. The purpose of this role is to support the Employer in the collation, analysis and communication of metrics relating to the progress and issues with testing and commissioning of the Client's technical systems at stations, shafts and portals.
Accountabilities
* Development of weekly and period management reports to provide a view of progress, current status and forecast for key indicators relating to testing and commissioning on stations, shafts and portals.
* Establish the data that needs to be reported by individual project teams and Contractors to support the provision of management information.
* Expedite the provision of data by reporting teams.
* Undertake analysis to identify trends in the data and produce reports and presentations.
* Support reviews of testing and commissioning issues.
* Provide guidance and recommendations on reporting of testing and commissioning issues to Client managers.
* Promote the use of testing and commissioning metrics and tools within the Client Programme and proactively work with Client's Project Delivery Teams (PDTs) to encourage leading practice.
* Identify and communicate the key deliverables related to stations, shafts and portals testing and commissioning milestones to each discipline within the Client organisation.
* Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected in the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working to the Client Target Zero principles.
* Co-operate with Client in all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times
Specification
* Educated to at least degree level, or equivalent training and experience.
* Experience in providing management information and reports within a major programme.
* Experience in working on projects involving testing and commissioning.
* Experience of schedule development in Primavera Project Manager P6.
* Experience in the use of computer software products (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
