The Role
This position will be to start ASAP!
Interviews will be held on 6th October!
The role is Monday to Friday (37-hour week) based in Felixstowe, where you’ll be carrying out administration duties concerning the fulfilment of containers on freight. You’ll be responsible for liaising with customers to ensure bookings are placed on the system, customers are issued with relevant reference numbers and receive confirmation of arrivals and departures. You help with stock management as per the customer requirements and you will work closely with the Customer Service Team and Delivery Manager to ensure containers are filled to maximum capacity.
The company will expect you to complete an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, and then you can push your career in any direction within the organisation!!!

About You
You will be hungry to push your career forward with an award-winning organisation! Pushing to dizzy new heights! You must have strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure bookings are accurate and arranged in a timely fashion.
- This is a fast paced role so you must have the ability to prioritise and multi task whilst ensuring accuracy of the work they produce.
- You will need good communication skills as they will be dealing with requests from customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
- You must be able to meet deadline to ensure containers are filled.
- You must also be competent with Microsoft Office Suite.
