UK Business Development Managers (Two Positions Available)
Locations: One position is to be based in the North of England and the other in the South of England with travel to Scotland and Wales as required. One trip to Dublin monthly and occasional travel to international events as required.

We are looking for two exceptional sellers to join Associated Rewinds which is a thriving Engineering and Maintenance company in the rail industry with its head-quarters situated in Dublin. Associated Rewinds has built its success on an unrivalled reputation in the rail industry for delivering top quality, reliable Traction Motors back to their clients. Having expanded the capacity in our three Dublin factories dedicated exclusively to Traction motors from Trains, Trams and Metro systems we are now ready to grow our sales team to match our increased capacity.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have prior field sales experience and be able to work autonomously to build successful business relationships from scratch.
Working on the road, you will create, nurture and close sales opportunities, pitching the company's services to new and existing clients across the UK. You should be a strong seller who can fit into our team, as well as having the personality and confidence to present to senior management in rail companies, or maintenance engineers in train depots.
An ability to present products face-to-face is essential for this role as we are looking for a candidate to hit the ground running and push the sales figures from day one!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating sales opportunities through proactive business development
• Building relationships and networking to develop a strong sales pipeline
• Following up on previous conversations to gain feedback and overcome objections
• Closing sales to meet and exceed set sales targets
• Learn to confidently describe and explain the USPs’ of Associated Rewinds
• Working with the Sales & Engineering teams to develop marketing strategies
• Regularly maintain CRM and provide necessary sales reports
REQUIREMENTS:
This role is ideally suited to a confident, results-driven individual with at least 5 years of field sales experience. The following attributes are also highly desirable:
• Existing knowledge of railway maintenance sector
• Experience of presenting technical solutions to senior management
• Fantastic client relationship building skills
• Genuine drive and ambition to succeed in a demanding sales role
• An ability to communicate and work well with others or independently
