Business Development and Submissions Manager

This is an exciting role within Ferrovial Agroman UK and Ireland helping to shape the future sustainable growth of the business. The role would cover both the United Kingdom and Ireland across a range of sectors including highways, rail, aviation and water.

Business Development covers all aspect of pre-construction from developing the business plan, business development, market engagement, teaming strategy, developing a capture plan including competitor analysis and bid strategy to ultimately leading the prequalification stage. The Submissions Manager aspect would lead the development of the tender bid strategy and technical responses (which form a significant percentage of the overall score) working with the wider bid team.

The role is a unique blend of both BD and submissions providing the opportunity to own projects right through to Contract Award.

The candidate may be working:

• Either as a BD or tender bid manager and they wish to broaden / develop their expertise to cover all preconstruction activities
• Specific sector expertise and the candidate wishing to diversify their experience
• Specialist Tier 2 and wishing to take the step up to work for a Tier 1 Contractor on significant infrastructure opportunities.
