Head of Business Case Development – Transport Planning – Manchester £60-£70K + Benefits

My Manchester based client is currently looking for a Head of Business Case Development on a permanent basis, to be based in their Manchester full time with occasional travel to other North West locations.

The candidate will have the following skill set:

• Degree Educated (BSc/MSc) or equivalent working experience
• You will be expected to develop and lead the programme of business case development
• Worked to a senior level previously
• Experience within transport demand modelling, forecasting and analysis
• Excellent understanding of the transport planning process
• Worked within a consultancy and within the public sector would be an advantage however, not essential
• This role requires a very good understanding of transport policies and business case development
• Previous experience delivering large, complex projects
• Has the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively and at board level
  

My client is offering the following:

• Permanent
• £60,000 - £71,000 per annum + Benefits – 27 Days Annual Leave + Pension
• Manchester
