An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading signalling design firms and play a vital role in generating and developing new business opportunities.
Role
The role will see you meeting with organisation and selling the signalling offering that they offer. Your personality will be vital in gaining buy in from clients and allow you to build relevant relationships that will benefit the business and projects in the long term.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients to help identify the drivers, stakeholders and decision makers in future procurement exercises to maximize opportunities in Rail Signalling
Essential requirements:
* Ideally 3+ years industry experience in engineering sales with a successful track record of business development in the a UK Engineering market.
* Background in achieving new business targets and increasing company turnover
* The candidate will establish relationships with Network Rail, Transport for London and specialist contractors operating in the UK rail sector
* * Ability to demonstrate technical expertise through the production/review of bespoke bid/proposal documents.
