To deliver the elements items of the project assigned by the BIM Manager / BIM Co-ordinator or Design Team Leader to the required deadline.

Key responsibilities:

* Delivery of assigned elements items of the project to programme, budget and quality expectations

* Supporting with project information delivery

* Ability to integrate internal and external project team members on BIM matters

* Ensure BIM model is authored in accordance with project requirements stipulated in BEP or EIR

* Carry out clash detection and visual interrogation of models

* Ability to integrate internal and external project team members on BIM matters

Candidate Specification :

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

* Detailed knowledge of ProjectWise; MicroStation; AECOsim Building Designer, OpenRoads/InRoads (Bentley Open Roads)

* Excellent communication and time management skills

* Range of personal and technical skills

* Demonstrable past experience of infrastructure projects

* Approaches problems independently or as part of a wider team

* Approach problems independently or engage a wider team to deliver
