My client has an opportunity for an experienced administrator based out of Bolton for an immediate start. Our client specialises in civils/ construction and rail projects and they need a good strong administrator to join their team to ensure all their paperwork is in order. Also, to ensure the general day to day materials and staffing are in hand for everything to run efficiently. This role will suit someone that is organised and a people’s person. Someone that can relate to people from all different areas of the business from: - contractors, employees to mangers and clients. This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start. Excellent salary and package.

Your Key responsibilities will be to: -

As the administrator you will assist with:-

General clerical duties.

Ordering and organising materials.

Organising manpower.

Distributing reports.

Dealing with client enquiries over the phone.

Key Skills Experience

You will have previously worked as an administrator

You will previously have worked in a similar setting of a civils/ construction and rail environment.

Two years' plus experience as an Administrator within the civils/ construction and rail industry. Excellent communication skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Great organisational skills

Ability to work/ manage yourself and others

A good understanding of rail sentinel certification and requirements.

An understanding or experience of Construction Gold

Qualifications

Related qualifications as an office administrator.
