We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer (design), to join our clients Sheffield office working as part of their Railway Design Team.

You would be working within the clients Asset Maintenance division, working within a team of experienced construction professionals in the coordination of engineering design activities for a wide range of projects.

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordination of temporary and permanent works design and the interface with the construction teams (schemes such as structures, earthworks, drainage etc).

Candidates will have previous experience of working within the Rail Industry on schemes similar to the above. You will have a strong background in the delivery and management of civil engineering projects and experience as a CRE (CEM would be an advantage but is not essential). Candidates will be degree qualified in a suitable field and registered with the ICE.
