We have a current requirement for a client design /site supervision consulting company in Saudi involved in a railway project in Dammam.

Must be from consultant background – must have worked for Western company or in western locations to have experience with high standards of delivery on track and signaling construction etc

The Railway Civil Engineer shall have a record of accomplishment of delivering railway construction projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Not less than 15 years’ Experience in DESIGN and SUPERVISION on the execution of Railway Projects

Competent in Computer Aided Design programs

Experience in all duties of Railway Engineer at site

Knowledge of international and local best practices and building codes in design and delivery of railway projects

Confident in Client & Contractor interfacing, managing and coordinating with a team of specialists

Thorough knowledge of construction specifications

Knowledge of FIDIC and similar construction contracts will be an advantage
