Job Role: Section Foreman

Location: Croydon

Day Rate: £220 -£260 (dependent upon experience)

Duration: 6-9 months

My Surrey based client is currently recruiting for a Section Foreman to work for them on a 6-9 month contract.

THE ROLE
As the Section Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising the engineers on site, ensuring the effective use of plant and sub-contractors work is up to standard.

• You will be well versed in the interpretations of drawings and translating these into physical work.
• Dealing with day to day technical issues that may arise.
• Directing and delegating to engineer staff.
• Ensuring all self-certification of works is carried out on time.
• Control of works on site in conjunction with other members of site management team
• Some contact with the clients representative to discuss minor changes in the programme.
