Commercial Administrator, NW London, Perm!
Commercial Administrator required to join a large RAIL contractor to be based in Head Office in NW London.
This particular company have dominated on projects such as the £15bn Crossrail Project with many other high profile projects kicking off! .... You don't want to miss that!
Rate: £24-£27k dependent on experience
Hours: 8am to 5:30pm
Role and Responsibilities
- Process invoices for payment
- Action any queries from either external or internal customers
- Obtain Payment Authorisation
- Order materials and other supplys for multiple different sites
- Providing PA/Admin support to Commercial Manager/QS's
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations & resolve reconciling items
- Investigate & resolve any unpaid balances
- Review old GRN's and clear any that are no longer required
- Check and process Subcontractor Payment Certificates for payment
- Review and set up new subcontractor orders
- Scan received invoices & contracts onto the system
- Any other ad hoc duties as required to support departmental objectives
- Provide help or assistance when required by work colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar industry - rail, civil engineering, construction
- Experience working in the commercial sector - commercial administration, assistant / junior QS level
- Be technically strong and efficient user of Microsoft Office Packages inc Excel
- Good attention to detail
