A highly prestigious engineering and construction organisation is seeking a Commercial Manager to help manage the commercial aspects of large
About the role:
Please note: That is is genuinely excellent commercial role but the client is only open to candidates who really can impress.
In this role, you will be working in a large commercial team and will be working on the UK's largest rail infrastructure projects currently underway. You will be involved in full project cycles.
Core accountabilities: -
- Pre and post contract commercial activities
- Interface with procurement teams
- Analyse commercial data
- Financial reports including cost forecasting
- Post contract management through to final accounts
- Provide cost and contract advice
- Involvement in pre-tender work
Person Specification: -
- You will have a proven track background in all aspects of commercial management for infrastructure projects
- NEC3 experience
- RICS or similar accreditation
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field
- A thorough background working as a commercial manager
