A Commercial Manager is required for our major rail infrastructure management client, based in their Peterborough office. This is a contract role running initially until end August 2018.
This is a post-contract commercial management role, ensuring cost reporting is completed, contractor applications are reviewed and approved, reviewing contractor delivery, advising on commercial matters where necessary plus other associated duties.
You will have a proven background in commercial management in the rail or construction sectors. Good knowledge of construction forms of contract such as NEC3 would be required. Excellent reporting, negotiation and communication skills are a must for this position.
This role is for a publicly funded organisation, so has been determined Inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
