Commercial Manager - RAIL- West London - £75-85K + Package!
Are you sick and tired of being a small cog in a big wheel? Do you want the opportunity to lead your own projects as well as your own team? My client, a top tier main contractor who have major packages on exciting projects are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team in West London.
You will be working for an established top tier main contractor within the infrastructure business. As well as this, you will be leading your own projects right from the very early stages as well as a team that will grow as time goes on.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):
- Provide accurate financial reporting on the projects he/she is leading
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Manage subcontractors ensuring they follow the companies procedures
- Track the budget and ensure internal costs are within it
- Help / advise fellow colleagues where necessary
Key Experience:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
- Experience working for a top tier main contractor within infrastructure
- 10+ Years Experience
- (Ideal not necessary) Experience managing a project / team previously
